Tray Padding
A powerful system for reequipping plastic blows with super-absorbent air-laid pads. The machine is modular in design and can be supplied as a single-web or dual-web version.
The tray padding machine can do the following:
- Removing the tray stack from the stacking device of the fall-through punch per conveyor belt
- De-nesting and separation of the bowls
- Transportation of the trays to the hot-melt station
- Cutting the air-laid pads off the endless material
- Introduction of the pads via a vacuum lever
- Nesting and discharge of the products with a definite number of trays
- Ejection onto packing table
- Optional packer
